The Sartins

Christmas with the Sartins is a fun time as we love to give gifts and it is a lot of fun watching the kids opening them as well. We opened gifts with Rose's mom and then we got to open more gifts with my family. While Rose and I cleaned, the kids played for a while before heading to Maw's house to open more gifts and hang out and eat dinner. So much fun in one day!

The kids are growing up so quickly! We had a wonderful time down in PA. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Uncle Greg & Aunt Celine's on day one. The next day we met at "Our Place" for breakfast, went on a hike at Nixon park, and then dinner at Uncle Mike & Aunt Vicki's. We had to head back home on the 4th but not before having "Maple Donuts" and heading to the pool for a little swim :-)

Kuk Sool Won Tip Test!! Rose and the kids earned a new tip to add onto their belts. Ruben is a yellow belt and the rest are red belts. They are on their way to brown and then black and almost ready to defend themselves from anything :-)

We were all able to get together mid-week to celebrate Maw's 65th Birthday! We enjoyed some pizza and 2 specialty cakes made by Rose.

Wayne County Fa... No, Wayne County Agstravaganza! The kids had a good time walking alpaca, walking minis, and driving minis while also chomping on some blooming onion, fried dough, and a gallon-sized lemonade!

VBS at Living Word! We had another great turnout at VBS and it was a joy taking pictures of so many children learning about the Love of God for them!

A short but enjoyable trip to York, PA where we were able to spend time with family and visit the Watch & Clock Museum.

We spent some time over at Mom's house and celebrated Trinity's birthday with some yummy bbq (Thanks Jerrica) and lots of fun outside. The kids played on the water slide, in the pool, threw water balloons, and had a grand ole time. Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday Zora! Zora turned 10 this year, so she had her 10 year old trip. We went to Splash Lagoon and we did waterslides, "lazy" river, wave pool, boogie boarding, arcade, a cool oculus quest like game and an even cooler 3d motion shooting game. We had some yummy food and for Jonah's Birthday we went Duckpin Bowling all while having our hotel connected to all this fun!

Fun times were had at a Draft Horse Clinic. Kids got to ride on equipment while the Draft Horses pulled them, they got to sit on top of them, they rode in a wagon and had the chance to wash them. The kids enjoyed every moment with those large horses.

Easter Egg Hunt at Maw's! The kids were running all over the yard in search of eggs. Uncle Karl created a puzzle they had to put together in order to find their gift bag.

Thanksgiving! Although a little different this year with masks, social distancing and smaller groups we enjoyed time with family and had some yummy food.

We enjoyed the wedding of Luke & Stephanie at a lovely spot in Ontario. I was asked to take pictures and do some video and we were presented with a gorgeous day for it.

We all ventured down to a farm in Newark, NY to watch Jonah do his Mini Driving evaluation. He sure looked good in his cowboy outfit as he walked, trotted and scooted around on his cart.

We drove to Greece! Greece, NY just in case you were wondering. We got to hang out with the family before Ja had to head back to Tennessee. We had some good barbecue thanks to Bop! (No fences burned down this time), we got to meet a special friend of Anu and we had some good family time together. Ja, we will miss you and look forward to when you return back!

A beautiful day for a hike! We Met Karl & Laurie at Five Mile Creek Park & took a hike which was beautiful. We saw birds, old cars, few people, and the weather was perfect. What more could you ask?

The kids got another chance to practice their skills with the minis. They had them walking, jumping, zig-zagging and kept them full of grass all while working them hard.
